  • 2002 Completed 250m of 1200mm tunnelling in Brisbane CBD for Gandel (Queen Street Central Stormwater Diversion Project)

  • Tunnelling was under a major CBD road and mall, involving shaft and manhole construction, traffic control, survey and community liaison

  • 2005 Completed Isaac Street Stormwater Relief Drainage project for Brisbane City Works including 130m of tunnelling from 1500mm up to 2100mm

  • 2007 Completed over 600 metres of tunnelling from 1350mm up to 2100mm for Liverpool City Council on the Central Business District Tunk Storm Water Drainage Project for the installation of Reinforced Concrete Jacking Pipe

  • 2010 Expands to Middle East

  • 2013 Petroserv International Formed

  • In June, Bothar received a significant equity injection from Petroserv Limited LLC, a wholly-owned Qatar company. Petroserv International was formed and opened its oil and gas business office in Brisbane

  • Executed a number of major projects including the Hunua Project in New Zealand, a 506 metre flood relief tunnel in Brisbane, the Al Sowa major sea bed crossing in UAW, and over 80 coal-seam gas export pipeline crossings for major CSG-to-LNG owners

  • First microtunnelling job for Petroserv Completion of Bothar’s first microtunnelling job for Petroserv Limited in Doha, Qatar

  • Bothar achieved independent certification. Bothar achieved independent certification of its safety management system to AS4801 & OHSAS 18001.

  • Established in-house certificate III in trenchless technology

  • Established in in-house Certificate III in Trenchless Technology in partnership with NSW TAFE, which provides the company with a nationally recognised means of professional development for key staff

  • 2014 First Bothar Built FSAS Microtunnelling machine

  • The first Bothar built FSAS Microtunnelling machine successfully executes a major contract for Gold Coats City Council. Second larger diameter FSAS machine also commissioned and successfully completes maiden project for the Brisbane City Council.

  • Bothar launch into the South Africa market and exhibit at the No-Dig South African convention in Pretoria, South Africa

  • 2015 April - Wagner's Microtunnelling is acquired by the Wagners Technology Company

  • Aug - The Wagners Technology Company, through Wagner's Microtunnelling, complete first project in South Africa, the Mafenya Reservoir Project.

  • Sep - Wagner's Microtunnelling awarded the KIPP seawater intake and outlet tunnels, a Ghanaian branch is opened in Accra, Ghana.

  • Nov - Wagners Technology opens its new office in the Dubai, United Arab Emirates FTZ.

  • 2016 The Wagners Technology Company launches new brand

  • Bothar commences KIPP project in Ghana

  • 2017 Bothar enters Singapore

  • 2018 Acquisition of IPC (Now Bothar Inc) - entrance into Canada
